Can I charge my wife with theft if she sold something of mine without my permission?

She could be prosecuted not only for theft, but also for dealing in stolen property. I would suggest that you speak with her about this as opposed to reporting it to the police. Dealing in stolen property is a very serious crime, and it will cost many thousands of dollars to defend.

What can I do if a possession of a controlled substance charge has been issued?

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn & Associates, P.C.
You will need to post bond and deal with a court. Contact an attorney to help keep the bond as low as possible and find a reputable bonding company if you need one. The attorney can also see it there is a possibility of a pretrial diversion or other relief before it goes to court.
