Will he be let out on Parole?

Answered by attorney Terry Alan Nelson (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Nelson & Lawless
That supposed release date was seven months ago. If he is still in jail, there will be a reason. Only his attorney familiar with the case and sentencing could give any intelligent answer about that. You'll have to contact him, unless you want to hire new counsel to research this and possibly represent the defendant.

Is wife responsible for credit card accounts husband opened in her name and she was not aware?

Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Jared C. Winter
No, but if she doesn't want her husband to get into trouble, she's probably going to have to pay the balances. The other option is to contact law enforcement and file an affidavit of fraud with the credit card company. This will likely lead to the husband being prosecuted.
