It is very difficult to say without further information. Are your charges a felony or misdemeanor? Do you have any criminal history? What county are the charges pending? What are the severity of the injuries if any?

That is actually a terrible idea. I hope you didn't get that advice from an attorney. For criminal cases, you are entitled to a free attorney if you can't afford one. When you go to your arraignment, do not plead "no contest". Ask the judge to appoint the public defender to represent you. That way, you can at least have your case evaluated by an experienced and knowledgeable attorney. You may end up wanting to fight the case. Or you may want to do deferment if it's available. Either way, you're far better off having an attorney advising you before you make any decisions.

You for a fact know that you have done nothing to earn $ 5000. Yet, you are still trying to figure out a way to get the money, because you think God is blessing you with this money, is that correct? When you are escorted out in handcuffs, please do not write back and tell us how embarrassing it was, or how the police spoke to you like you were a criminal.
