If this is in Missouri, then no, there is no way to get a misdemeanor conviction for filing a false report expunged from your criminal record.

Can I be charged as an accessory if my fiance committed a crime and I found out and didn't report?

You can only be an accessory if you helped your husband in some way, such as providing him with a place to hide or stash the contraband, lying to the police on his behalf, etc. Simply knowing and not saying anything, absent anything else, would not be enough to be an accessory. MCL 600.2162 covers spouses testifying against each other. Normally, a spouse cannot be compelled to testify against the other in a criminal case without the consent of the other spouse, except for the exceptions listed. Consult with an experienced criminal attorney in your area.

Do I have the chance to get that money back I paid?

Jared Clayton Austin

It will depend if it was paid through the court or through a bondsman. If it was paid through the court you would be eligible to get it back, but not if you paid it through a bondsman because that is how they make their money.
