Polygraph test results have not been ruled admissible. Moreover, the law at the time of a trial is the law applicable to a case.

Can I withdraw my guilty plea if I haven't been sentenced yet?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
You can, but better talk to your attorney about it. It is going to create a huge storm in the court.
