Satisfy Missouri court now. Get Missouri court to notify all Non-resident Violator Compact authorities that the reason for the hold has been resolved. You get proof of resolution from Missouri court and show it to Texas DPS before 4/27.

Can you get a job with a felony?

Cynthia Russell Henley

There are many people with felony records who work. It just depends on the area in which you live / work and the nature of the work you seek. If you pled guilty, why are you going to court? That doesn't make sense. Once you are arrested, the offense is immediately on your record. ?What the record shows about the case depends on the status - arrested / pending; pled guilty - probation / prison; etc.

It was no billed. Therefore, as far as the prosecutor is concerned, the criminal case is over. She may be able to sue in civil court.
