What do I do if someone has drugs and a gun in my car and said that it is not theirs to the police?

Better hire a better lawyer than him and wait him out on the case. Up to your lawyer to defend you now.

Yes. You need to get fingerprinted if you were directed to do so. I would also advise that although this is a class C offense, you need to make sure you avoid a conviction. The resolution of this case could also come up in a divorce. You would set yourself up for the best resolution of your case if you hire an attorney for the case. Gpod luck.

I sent annoying emails indirectly through a website contact form.

It is possible that you could be prosecuted for Harrassment. If the State can prove that the intent of the emails/reviews was to harras or annoy the establishment, they can make out a case. From this point forward, I would suggest that the only people you discuss this case with is your attorney. If the State gets wind, and chooses to pursue charges, you will likely still have options to protect your record; so that's the good news. What you need to avoid is making a bad situation worse.    Best of luck!   Rick
