There are lots of charges that could come from those facts. You haven't provided enough information to really answer your question. You could be charged with nothing, or simple possession, or sales. It all depends on other factors that you haven't elaborated on.

I would like copies of everything from the courts but I DON’T have money for a lawyer again how do I get them?

If the copies are on your case, go to the clerk's office where the proceedings were held, give them either your case number or your I.D. and ask that copies be made for you. You, of course, will probably have to pay for the copies.

Yes, it is called constructive possession. You need an attorney to review all the facts, not just answer a little question like this. The facts become known from reading the police reports and taking depositions.
