How long does a Class C misdemeanor stay on my record?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Convictions stay forever. But a class C is the lowest and will probably have no effect for employment purposes.

Is there anyone that can help me??

You need to hire an attroney who can spend the time necessary to properly defend you. There is no other option if you cannot get the appointed attorney to work with you.

If i bwas own parole and i didnt tell my probation offercer and i went to anther state and was caught what will happen to me

Answered by attorney Patrick Short
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Firm of Patrick Short
You are mixing two types of supervision--parole and probation (now called community supervision). Nevertheless not telling your officer where you are is a violation of your conditions. Call the lawyer who helped you previously and tell him/ her what is going on with you. The longer you ignore this the more difficult it will be. Good luck!
