Should he voluntarily talk to the officer?

Edward D Flint
Answered by attorney Edward D Flint (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Edward D. Flint Attorney at Law
He's already in trouble for being with the criminals. Talking to the officer never does any good, only helps them make their case. If you hire a lawyer and get this case resolved quickly at the Juvenile Court, it may not affect his future.
