You can file a temporary restraining order and then due her for defamation. Contact a plaintiff civil attorney in your area to draft a cease and desist letter on your behalf.

What can he do and what are his chances of not spending time in prison?

Answered by attorney Matthew David Sharp
Criminal Law lawyer at The Law Office of Matthew D. Sharp
If your fiance is on probation right now then he is about to have two charges against him. One for receiving stolen property and one for the probation violation. He should gather up any paperwork he has on the transactions in question, and call a bonding company to post a bond. He will likely have to make another bond on the probation violation once the motion to revoke his probation gets filed.
