Mrs Tabor and her team were fantastic! We went to them to have our wills planned and they were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and overall amazing at explaining the “hard to understand” stuff. I would recommend over and over to use this firm!

Hired Attorney Ms. Catherine Tabor

We hired Tabor Law Firm and worked directly with Cathy Tabor regarding trademark services for our pastor and ministry brand. We were assured that the firm could handle the trademark filings and paid $3,000 for the work. Since payment was made, communication has been extremely limited and we have received repeated delays and explanations without resolution. We also searched the records of the United States Patent and Trademark Office and have not been able to locate any trademark filings associated with our requested marks. To date, we have not received filing receipts, serial numbers, or copies of any submitted applications despite requesting them. Based on our experience, we are very dissatisfied with the level of communication and follow-through we received. We encourage anyone considering legal services to thoroughly verify the status of their filings, request documentation promptly, and maintain detailed written records throughout the process.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
