Answered by attorney Loren M. Dickstein

Your child will have to go to court. If you believe that testifying may be harmful to your child, you should hire an attorney to represent him or her and move to quash the subpoena.

If the prosecutor decides he wants to prosecuteand given the situation I guarantee he willyou will be notified. Then you will have to defend the misdemeanorunless they found a lot of dope; then it will be a felony. Your driver's license will be suspended and your car may be taken.

Do I need a license to drive on my property?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
You probably do not need a license to drive on your own property. Who will see? IF there is an emergency created by your driving on your property, the judge will not want to hear that you had to drive to the hospital because of the emergency you created when you were driving on your property.
