I was going through a tough time with my health and just wanted the divorce over with. It was suggested by Mr. Majerowicz that I may want to fight giving half of my pension to my ex. I said no. I think that he should have presented this suggestions sooner with reasons why. Money was part of the issue though to be fair to Mr. Majerowicz.
it has been over 2 years since i filled for divorce and i am still married. when i talk with him he goes on about his life and does nothing about my case. i told him what was going on and when we got to court he acted like he never knew. i don't have enough money to hire a new lawyer but that is what i would like to do.
