If I am found guilty of touching a girls vagina will I lose all my scholarships?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
You should expect that the conduct will result in you losing a number of things, including scholarships. Your age means nothing IF you are charged as an adult. Your grades mean nothing IF you are convicted of a sexual offense.

How can I minimize the consequences of a drug charge?

Answered by attorney Jared Altman (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Jared Altman
A first UPM charge is a petty offense. You may even get offered an ACD. An ACD is where your case gets adjourned, usually for a year but sometimes less. If you don't get into trouble while the case remains open, then on the adjourned date the case is automatically dismissed. You usually get offered only one of these and very rarely a second. Or, maybe a small fine. But, if your concerned, then go to trial and put the prosecution to their proof. Who knows, maybe the cop won't show up for trial because it's so petty.

What can my son do if he was caught dealing drugs with an undercover officer?

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn

He must rely on the court appointed lawyer for advice. He does have options and they depend on where the case is pending.
