Hired Attorney Todd Palumbo

I hired Mr. Palumbo to defend me in municipal traffic court. From the moment he took the case I was protected. Mr. Palumbo somehow performed a miracle, reducing a significant and potentially license-suspending violation to a relatively minor plea that will only slightly impact my auto insurance premium. Additionally, office staff was incredibly responsive and equally important, accurate in every detail. That is often where law firms break down- when the paralegals correspond; but in this case Lou was terrific and did not miss a beat. Further, Mr. Palumbo charged a flat rate; even though he was required to make multiple appearances, he never asked for another dime. Overall, I felt like I dodged a bullet- thanks to Todd Palumbo.

Lubiner Schmidt and Palumbo LLC literally saved my life. I was in an incident that involved the possibility of having something on my record but through their guidance (especially Todd!) we were able to dismiss the case completely! I can't contain my joy, 10/10 would choose again.
