I consulted Gary on an issue I was having with a mortgage company that acquired a second loan on one of my rental properties but never contacted me or posted prior payments from the previous company. In addition the company was trying to charge outrageous interest on an incorrect balance. Gary immediately contacted the company's attorney and negotiated a deal saving me $42,000 dollars! I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Gary for any legal issue you are experiencing.

Jennifer is not a bare minimum type of representative. She took my case after being with another attorney for two years. My case abruptly took a 180! She’s very organized and goal oriented to do the best for her clients. At our initial meeting she had already reviewed my case and was very familiar with it. She was ready to discuss and get the ball rolling. She’s a very caring and compassionate person who is very passionate about justice, and doing well by her clients. She moves swiftly and confidently and for the first time since filing for my divorce, I felt safely represented. It didn’t take long for me to see how intelligent and hard working she is, in comparison to past experiences. She is excellent with communication. She was always in constant contact with updates and addressing any questions or concerns. She had an agreement closed and ready to sign within three weeks of our initial meeting! My only regret is that I didn’t have attorney Gilliland Vanasdale from the start.

I've interfaced with many attorneys throughout my career & a couple for personal reasons. In just about any career/profession there is good to bad....Gary is a 20 on a scale of 0 to 10, setting the bar high. I had a business/personal matter that I needed a good attorney for, not from my area. I feel blessed & lucky to have connected with Gary. He is well versed in all areas of his profession. He handled my matter exceptionally & with tenacity, leading to a very positive result. He patiently & respectfully stayed after me when I let things sit for a while due to other personal reasons, confident he could get me the positive result i initially sought. Thankful for for that, he quickly resolved things when I re-surfaced. I grew to admire his abilities to the point I kinda wanted to see him in action in court, but of course he resolved my matter for the better without needing to do so. Gary's character, expertise, diligence exceeded my expectations of what I'd hope to see in this regard.
