Deanna handled a Mechanic's Lien that was filed against me for non-payment to a contractor. Deanna researched the law and found that the Mechanic's Lien was not properly filed. As a result, she prepared Motions to have the case dismissed. While the other party appealed, the Superior Court upheld the ruling and ultimately determined that the Mechanic's Lien was not properly filed. The contractor was asking in excess of $100,000.00, and because of Deanna, they received nothing!
