Wonderful experience. Titus Pemberton is knowledgeable and responsive. He and his staff were helpful and calmed all of my nerves and talked me through my questions and concerns. It was my first time using a lawyer and he was with me every step of the way. He was tough when needed and very concise. Overall, it was a great experience!

Hired Attorney

I retained Titus Pemberton for legal representation during a difficult period in my life. Based on my experience as a client, communication became increasingly difficult over time, and obtaining timely responses was often a challenge. I also experienced issues that caused me to lose confidence in the professional relationship and the level of trust I believed should exist between an attorney and client. As a result, I ultimately concluded that the representation did not meet my expectations. Before hiring any attorney, I encourage prospective clients to ask detailed questions about communication practices, case management, billing procedures, and how client concerns are addressed. My experience left me disappointed, and I would not choose this firm again.
