Beware. This attorney drafted a contract for me. The attorney personally prepared the agreement and signed it, certifying its authenticity. After relying on that contract, it was later needed and another attorney reviewed it, I was then informed that it was not legally valid... I believed this contract by this attorney was real and would protect my interests, only to discover that it was not enforceable. That experience has cost me significant time, money, and stress. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering this attorney to have any documents they prepare independently reviewed before relying on them. I wish I had done so.

I retained Titus Pemberton for legal representation during a difficult period in my life.
