DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! I got a settlement for $25k using this firm from an auto accident. From that amount of money, the Lindsey Firm paid themselves $8,325 and left me with a paltry $559 after medical expenses. I sued the insurance company so that they could enrich themselves off of my pain and suffering. They had me visit a neurology center for a potential concussion. This unneeded medical service used up what little of the settlement that I could have gotten because I found out later from a doctor at Piedmont Hospital that there is no treatment for a concussion, only rest. Google could have told me that yet I paid over $5k for a service that I did not need. The Lindsey Firm needed me to a neurologist so they could ask the insurance company for more money, making their payout larger. It did absolutely nothing for me. I would never use this firm again and I don't recommend you to use it either. Settle your claim yourself and you'll probably come out better.
No longer require services... My decision comes after realizing that you are not providing me with the accurate and complete information in a timely manner. Your deception makes it difficult for me to properly make decisions on my behalf. Consequently, your office's lack of communication has put me in a hardship situation. I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone. Their customer services & delay in response is not to my liking. I am a very organized and punctual person. I kept them updated, copies of ALL my information, left numerus messages and even spoke to the actual attorney. However, the attorney's employees are just mirroring her actions. If the attorney doesn't response in a timely manner, why would her employees? Please, do your research before entering this attorney's office!!!
