Sounds like a good civil case, but you may have only had two years to file it. Feel free to call an attorney to discuss more details & check to see there is remains a chance of getting a recovery.

If I have a warrant in one county for a failure to appear on driving without a license and go to court in another county, will I be arrested?

Yes, it's very likely that if you appear in one court while you have a warrant in another court, you will be arrested and taken to jail, then you will wait to be transported to jail in the court where you have a warrant.

Unless a person has a contract, they are an employee at will and can quit or be fired at any time for any reason or no reason. I recommend you see a lawyer like myself who can discuss the issues in great detail and suggest some remedies.
