Recently, I reached a decision to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Attorney Cohen was referred to me by a co-worker. My first time speaking with him, he explained all my options and fees. He gave me the time to make my decision and did not push me to decide. It look me a few more weeks to finally make the decision, and another few months to pay the fees. (per a payment plan, Attorney Cohen, allowed me to take advantage of). When everything was fully documented, I signed the final paperwork, it was filed with the court. I have never felt so empowered then, with this most difficult financial decision. I thank Attorney Cohen and his entire staff for all their help and professionalism.

After reading some of the reviews I thought it would be good to actually give my personal review. I hired them for bankruptcy towards the end of 2019. Brian and his staff are very friendly and professional and made the process very simple for me. The Staff worked within my budget to come up with a payment plan for me that I could afford.Once I gave my deposit Brian’s team got most of my creditors off my back. I was given receipts for all my arranged payments. I could not come down to meet with him because of Covid but he made the process very easy and convenient for me. I emailed all my forms in. Brian and his team went out of their way to make the entire process as painless for me as possible for me. A few months later after the phone call with the court I received a letter confirming my chapter7 was approved. He also handled my moms chapter 7 as well.

Five stars to Cohen Law Firm and especially Attorney Cohen and his paralegal Jessica. I only regret not hiring them sooner… I had retained a Bankruptcy Lawyer who withdrew from my case short time before the court hearing. Attorney Cohen had taken my call and on the spot went over my case and explained the steps I needed to take to save my house. He assigned me to Jessica, she took charge instantly and worked on my case right away! She took the time to answer all my questions, and I was very happy with the constant update and communications I was getting from her throughout the process. I want to thank Jessica and Deborah for all their hard work. Mr. Cohen you have been wonderful not only representing me but helping and guiding me through this very stressful situation. I definitely would recommend anyone to hire you and your firm.
