We were told to perform a task for our bankruptcy in which we had to pay money to have a title transferred to another name. However, we were not told that it had to be done within days of one another. It ended up costing us not only the money we put out for transfer, but had to pay to transfer back and ended up costing us almost $3,000.00 with the trustee of our bankruptcy.

We were not happy with how our case was handled and what we were told. Several things happened that we were told was not going to happen and we ended up with more debt. I would not recommend this firm.

Mr. Olsen had made up his mind regarding the case within a couple of minutes of meeting with us. From that point on, he would not consider what I was saying.

Very bad experience with OlsenDaines bankruptcy attorney. He provided incorrect information which cost me a lot more money Case still in progress but he won’t return phone calls or emails. He admitted he made a mistake in giving me information but wouldn’t help make up the additional $$$$

I had to resign paper work 4 months after my bankruptcy was suppose to be filed because, despite the fact I had paid in full, the papers were never filed.The great explanation I was given, "it had fallen through the cracks" .
I was told my court date was at 10:30 and that I should arrive at 10 to talk thing through.My attorney, one of the partners, showed up at 10:35.After my court date I received a call about a car that I never owned.Someones paper work got mixed in with mine.DO NOT RECOMMEND!
