I had a great experience working with Mr. Kempton. When I called into the office and left a message he was always prompt in returning my calls. He always kept me up to date on my case on the phone and through letters. Mr. Kempton was professional and courteous on all occasions and he took time to explain thoroughly whenever I had questions. I would definitely recommend this lawyer to my family and friends and anyone needing a worker’s compensation lawyer.

Thomas Mottaz and his staff are great to work with! Tom has represented me in court against Worker’s Compensation in 2003 and 2019. His pre-court preparation, keeping me informed, attention to detail and presenting my case in court each time was suburb! My questions were always answered promptly. I felt he truly cared about me and worked hard to get the settlement that I deserved.

Jerry or a staff member is always available to answer questions and help with anything it's been 5 years since we settled and if I have a problem with a doctor bill I shouldn't have received he is there to help me out with work comp

Hired Attorney David Kempston

I experienced a serious injury while on the job. I contacted this firm and worked with David Kempston starting in 1997. David was tireless in his pursuit to ensure my case was dealt with fairly. He answered any question or concern I might present quickly and completely. I always known he is in my corner ensuring all avenues in my case are investigated. I would not have anyone else but him so I strongly recommend Dave Kempston to all future clients.

Hired Attorney David Kempston

David Kempston is the best attorney I ever had, he always let me know what was happening with my case on a weekly basis! Very very efficient work. I dont think he could have done a better job than he did. Ive had other attorneys,once I had David on my side I didnt consider anyone else

The Law office of Thomas Mottaz is definitely a top notch Law Office. The employees at Mottaz were professional, efficient, and empathetic to the situation I was facing. David Kempston, who was the attorney that I retained, kept all the rough situations to an even keel. I was informed of every corner and obstacle we were going to face, and the solution to each.
