Hired Attorney Randell F. Hastings

This guy is not a good attorney. He will charge you $400.00/hr for sending a bunch of emails. Case has always been continued, he says he wants to do it his way but you pay for that way!!! Stay far away, there are many more competent attorneys in the area.

Hired Law Firm

Threatened to fight me in his law office parking lot because I "chastised" him for letting the other party dictate the case and paperwork filed. After paying the retainer I had to call his office an average of 15 times for any kind of response from him. If you have any other choice during a difficult time in your life, do not choose this man to represent you!

Hired Law Firm

Randall Hastings is the worst attorney I have ever worked with. He is rude, pushy, and does not fulfill the clients needs in any way, shape, or form. I would not let him represent me if he were going to do it for free.

Hired Law Firm

I was just another annoyance for Mr Hastings. His lack of caring and prepartion was evident thoughout my whole case. He did not defend me in anyway. I repeatedly requested things to be addressed to no avail. After dealing with him for a year I still have the issues that he was to get resolved. I always thought you hired a lawyer to get things legally resolved but his lack of commitment to my case was atrocious. I filed a grievance with the NC Bar.
