Mr.Woodley was appointed to represent me in a criminal case matter, and my experience was deeply unsatisfactory and professionally troubling.Lack of Communication and Professional NegligenceFrom the outset, communication was non-existent. Over the course of my representation, my emails and phone calls were consistently ignored. This lack of responsiveness left me uninformed and unprepared for court proceedings, which severely jeopardized my case. A lawyer's fundamental duty is to communicate with their client, and this duty was entirely neglected.Misrepresentation in CourtDuring court proceedings, Mr.Woodley engaged in highly unprofessional and potentially unethical behavior by misrepresenting facts about me to the Assistant District Attorney (ADA). Specifically, he falsely claimed to the ADA that I was:A liar.Suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder (a claim he made without any factual basis or medical evaluation).That I had admitted guilt, which is unequivocally false and
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST REPRESENTATION IN BROWN COUNTY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Judson Woodley was appointed to represent me, and his conduct was unacceptable and frankly harmful. First, he was completely unreachable—he never returned my phone calls or answered my questions. Second, he actively sabotaged my case and slandered me personally. In court, he was visible and audible to me and witnesses while speaking with the Assistant DA. He claimed I was a liar, said I had multiple personality disorder, and falsely stated I had admitted to something I never did. He clearly had no concern for my life or rights. When I tried to fire him right there in court, he outright lied directly to the judge's face. Thankfully, I was able to hire a new attorney and secure my freedom. Judson Woodley showed a total disregard for his client's well-being and is completely unprepared to fight for justice. Do not trust him with your future.
Judd is a liar, he lied to me and then withdrew from my case hater he got paid in full. Will not refund any money and did absolutely nothing that was ordered by the court! A complete waste of time and money hiring Judd! Would not recommend anyone to hire, already filed a grievance and hope he gets disbarred!
