It took this firm an entire month to inform me they could not take my case — without a single phone call or any attempt to schedule an in-person consultation. I even had to follow up myself just to confirm they had received my information. I hired Rayl in December of 2007 to represent me in a defamation claim. Rayl was to put together a simple demand letter to forward to the party who defamed me. Rayl didn't produce this document until late april of 2008. Once the other party received the demand letter they admitted to the defamation and then asserted a statute of limitations defense. The statue of limitation didn't expire until April of 2008 and had Rayl been more diligent in the handling of my case I may have ultimately won.
