Rayl was honest and took time to listen and understand our situation. He believed us when most thought we were crazy and fought tirelessly for us. He always gave it to us straight and never gave us false hope. Every interaction was professional and precise. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and every dollar spent was well worth it. If you are looking for a well educated, seasoned and reliable lawyer hire Rayl.
I hired Rayl during a difficult time with my former employer. Rayl was professional and took the time to explain every step of the process. He proved to be extremely knowledgable about the areas of law pertaining to my case and I couldn't have been better represented. I felt heard and understood throughout the entire process and we received a settlement that I am completely satisfied with. I will highly recommend.
I did hire Attorney Rayl Stepter for my case. I feel he represented me fairly and professionally. Rayl did all he could to bring us to a settlement. Rayl was always available for any questions I had during the process. I highly recommend Attorney Rayl Stepter.
Rayl did everything I asked. He out shown the plaintiffs attorney I highly recommend Mr. Stepter.
It took this firm an entire month to inform me they could not take my case — without a single phone call or any attempt to schedule an in-person consultation. I even had to follow up myself just to confirm they had received my information. Knowing I have a strict legal deadline to file my complaint with the courts, they dragged their feet and failed to communicate in a timely manner. Their delay has jeopardized my ability to protect my legal rights and forced me to scramble at the last minute to secure new counsel. This level of disregard for a potential client’s time-sensitive matter is unacceptable.
I hired Rayl in December of 2007 to represent me in a defamation claim. Rayl was to put together a simple demand letter to forward to the party who defamed me. Rayl didn't produce this document until late april of 2008. Once the other party received the demand letter they admitted to the defamation and then asserted a statute of limitations defense. The statue of limitation didn't expire until April of 2008 and had Rayl been more diligent in the handling of my case I may have ultimately won.
