Hired Attorney Matthew Gibson

Working with Matt was truly a breeze! I needed to establish estate planning documents and came into the process extremely ignorant. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely timely/flexible given that all of our interaction took place during the quarantine of COVID-19. I was able to sign all documents from my car and he could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for experience, knowledge and quality!

My wife and I had our wills and POAs set up by Matthew. What a great guy. Makes you feel comfortable, answers your questions in easy to understand way, and gives you common sense advice. Had questions about living trusts also. Matthew has all the answers.

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Mr. Gibson. He is extremely responsive. He was able to sit us down and make a estate planning easy for us while still providing great feedback. Even after we were done, we got a note stating that, given the tax changes, that we may want to review our plans. I think this is very proactive and forward thinking and looking out for the best of his clients. I would highly recommend Matt and will continue to us him. Thank you.

I first worked with Matt Gibson when he helped me prepare a will. I find him likeable, honorable, a critical/creative thinker, and efficient. As we were working on will issues I discovered that I was victim of a credit card scam that was costing me a significant sum. After trying unsuccessfully to manage the issue myself, I asked Matt to recommend someone to help me. He was intrigued himself with the issue and within a week had dealt with the scammers and resolved the problem completely.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
