I knew Mark from his involvement with the Ohio State football saturdays at Ohio Stadium. I since when on to compete professionally and am now a team scout and coordinator. I was in financial distress, and it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions . That, in addition to not understanding a legal process complicates matters even more. Just filed the bankruptcy case and I am really pleased so far. Kelsey was very thorogh and Mr. Herder has explained to me all of the steps needed to file the bankrupt case. I have a court time at the bankruptcy court and Mr. Herder just reached out to me again to confirm date, case number and place. He even suggested parking tips to me as well. True care and concern from Mark Herder and his assistant Bethany. I hired this office for my bankruptcy several years ago and have stabilized my finances since then. I had a suspended drivers license and they were able to wipe out the fees from the B.MV. I now am a proud home owner and realize that his office was a real asset to me.
