I called there office when looking for an attorney the person I spoke to can sale a very good pitch . He sold me . Needless to say I’m thinking he was gonna be my attorney nope he gives me someone else with no clue who he is I’m calling the secretary / paralegal to find out information and she took weeks to email u back . When I was asking for permission to leave over holidays bc I was on pb she never did her job and I could’ve left for the holidays but my paperwork was not done and I did not get to have a holiday with my family bc of her not doing her job . How I no I finally got the paperwork and the dates on the papers from the court let me no how she fail to do do it . While going to court I talk to my attorney 1 time in almost a year that it took for my case . So moving forward while going to court this man was late for court and barely spoke up during court . The company is not worthy ode never recommended them

Hired Ben to handle my case on 9/16/25. Paid him his fees and left the office . my court was on the 16/10/2025. During that month period never heard from him , didn't not answer my phone calls at all . Went to court that day and waited in the court room for 5 Hours until he showed up. sitting in court for almost 4 hours while my attorney running around taking care of other cases in the building. worst experience ever. i was promised the moon but when he got paid and secured the money in his pocket. i was left in the dark .

When we initially contacted the firm, we spoke with Nicholas Fagnano, who gave us the impression that he would personally represent my partner in a traffic-related case. He was professional and reassuring, which led us to believe we were in capable hands. However, when the court date arrived, we were instead met by a different representative named Lee, who displayed a concerning level of unpreparedness and incompetence. She failed to communicate effectively with the prosecution, made no effort to negotiate plea options, and most alarmingly, waived our right to a speedy trial without consent or discussion. Furthermore, she appeared unfamiliar with the evidence involved, having not reviewed it prior to the court date. This experience does not reflect the professionalism or ethical standards one would expect from a reputable legal practice. I urge others to proceed with caution when considering this firm, and I sincerely hope steps are taken internally to address the issues.

Mr. Kunkel represented my brother on a traffic case. He did not show up to court nor notify my brother that he had to so the judge issued a bench warrant. We found out that there was a warrant a month later and my mother, father, brother, and I called him and his paralegal numerous times leaving many voicemails. To this date he still has not returned any calls. We had to hire a different attorney to sort the mess out.
