My experience was excellent, the lawyer William Kurtenbach was always very professional and friendly, despite speaking and not speaking the same language as me, he always looked for a way that I could understand each part of my case, all the time he was able to communicate via tex and email and he have always been looking for the best way to help me in my case, thank you!
