Efficient. Able to explain technical information in layman's terms. Very nice experience for establishing a LLC for 3 co-owners.

Hired Attorney Stephen Husman

He helped us in the sale of our business and did wonderful job. We were very impressed with his help in what was a very delicate matter.... we were selling the business to one of our daughters after our inability to work together for 3 years. Stephen Husman was amazing. I would recommend him to anyone.
