Mr. Goings was caring and professional during a very difficult time in my life. I was faced with the sudden loss of my mother in a car accident, and Robert took the time to talk to me and check up on me throughout the duration of the case. The best attorney in the state. The standard by which all others are compared, or should be. After suffering from a serious accident, not knowing what I was facing in dealing with various insurance companies including workers compensation, I met Robert Goings for a consult. From that day forward, Robert and his entire staff have gone above and beyond to make me and my family feel like part of their family. I can call his office at any time, with any minor or major concern, and not only speak to his staff or Robert himself, but be reassured that he is on top of the situation at hand. I have never felt like a "number" like other law firms I've dealt with in the past. I could go on and on about how great Robert and his staff are, but will close by saying that Goings Law Firm, LLC knows the law and diligently advocates for his clients.

Mr. Goings was my first attorney I've ever needed. With a fear of not knowing what to do or where to turn Mr. Goings took my case and and made me feel like dear friend I have knew for years. He has a great staff who is there for any help at any time I needed them. Mr. Goings will be the only person I will ever turn to if I need any assistance in the future and I encourage anyone to go to him for anything legal matters. The case involved our bank (a small community bank) bringing a lawsuit in US District Court against a large out of state bank (15th largest) for fraud, breach of contract, and other causes of action that were the result of a particaption loan involving a residential subdivision in North Carolina. The case took over three years to come to trial, but after 10 days the jury found in our favor with an award of $2.8 million. Mr Goings preparation before trial and during trial were outstanding.
