I have great confidence in winning the case because of Attorney Beth Bowen's expertise and the dynamite legal team of attorneys and paralegals in the Cromer Babb Porter & Hicks, LLC. After interviewing several attorneys in the State of South Carolina that offered free consultation and then after interviewing Attorney Beth Bowen, charged for the initial consultation, I quickly concluded the paid consultation with Attorney Bowen was well worth the two hour drive and the consultation fee. Attorney Bowen and her Litigation Paralegal, Ms. Sarah L. Plouff, are easy to talk to and they are candid with their responses, so you will not be misled. One time, I attempted to clarify what I thought Attorney Bowen was saying and she quickly told me that my 'thinking was flawed', which meant that I misunderstood. Attorney Bowen politely and professionally got me back on track with clarity. :) She returns phone calls and replies to emails within 24 hours or less. University discrimination matter.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
