Katherine was great, I will ALWAYS use her firm when I need a lawyer. First, I was highly stressed with the situation I was in. She got to the point, asked what I wanted to do, and then implemented the solution. A few months later I had a lesser but similar situation I needed some feedback, she took my call promptly, laid out the facts and I was able to proceed with knowledge.

Hired Attorney Kathleen M. McDaniel

Kathleen McDaniel is an amazing lawyer. I had attempted to go up against town council without representation, and learned very quickly, that I could not win. I believe they fully intended to twist the laws to fit their agenda this time as well. Until they met Kathleen! The council was not ready for her, their attorney was not ready for her. Kathleen did not allow them to twist any law to suit their agenda. Without Kathleen having represented me, I am certain I would not have gotten my business license reissued and I would have had to go out of business. She is the best!
