Eng & Woods is a law firm established in 1953 with an office in Columbia, MO. At this office location, there are 10 lawyers practicing personal injury, workers compensation, automobile accidents and 13 other areas of law.
He makes decisions without the clients knowledge or consent and doesn't keep his clients informed or up to date.
This attorney will not return phone calls in a timely manner, I often had to call several times to get a return call. When you do finally get a hold of him he is very rushed and impolite and often gets the information you provide incorrect. He is very unprofessional and I will never go to him or his firm again!
tried to call Andrew Popplewell and inform him of something pertaining to my case and his immediate reply was "you need to get off meth"....WOW! I've never used that in my life! False accusations from my own lawyer for respectfully trying to inform him of something? That is unprofessional and unbecoming of any attorney. Do you have me confused with someone, or are you full of yourself? This isn't even a drug case. I just got out of the hospital for a serious injury and this is the first thing you say? I was totally polite to him up until that point. That's when I knew he wasn't the lawyer for me. I'm not on drugs, I'm sick of attorneys who think they can just say whatever they want. I was rightfully upset with this, as anyone would be, he said again, "You're on something." Nope. Maybe you are? I have never done that stuff in my life, but I have had friends and relatives (my sister, 3 months ago as a matter of fact) die from it. That struck a nerve, as it would have anyone. Fired.

Worst Lawyer ever; unreliable, not professional, not determined, not responsive and for sure Adam Dowling is not trustworthy. I Paid him 5k up front and I have to tell him to do anything except postpone trial. He waits till last minute to get ahold of me even after multiple attempts to get ahold of him. I have to force him to do everything. Doesn't even try to believe client even after I have proven my case in videos he won't review when he says he will. Don't recommend Adam Dowling. Two faced.
He was very rude. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this man to represent anyone.
