I cannot say enough good things about the level of service I received from Mr Smith. From the very first meeting that I had with him to discuss my personal injury case right down to the last where I received my settlement check, the entire process from start to finish was completely positive. Helped with an expungement that was lost within the filing system when they moved from paper filing to electronic filing. When I tried to expunge the case myself, I was working on it for 6 months with no correspondence from the judicial system. Once i hired Jonathan Scott Smith as my attorney, He had my case expunged in 3 months.

Jonathon Smith knows the law and how the system works. He was very straightforward on expectations and/or what else could happen. I felt very comfortable and confident with Jonathon on my side. I was very satisfied on how my judgement worked out. It could have been way worse.

Jonathan was the best thing that could have happened to me after my DUI incident. He got all of my charges dropped through his exceptional legal accumen and process as well as negotiation with state prosecutor. In my case, the attorney had to take the insurance company to court because they refused to pay for medical, pain and suffering. We won thanks to my attorney! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him, and would definitely use him again. He fought for me. It was almost like being in a battle, and we came out as the winners! He was outstanding!
