Hired Attorney

Very difficult opposing party and counsel.Took ethical high road time and again.Gave me very realistic expectations of what middle ground would look like.Allowed my review of pleas prior to court submission. Did a very nice job of tailoring both a provisional order request and marital settlement agreement to my work schedule allowing great time with my children.Understood my need for an "air-tight" settlement agreement (to be tested over and over),and produced one. Won 7 of 7 items before judge.

Perry is a great counsel. Full of wisdom, always upright and honest, well respected, quick study, sharp, grounded, soft-spoken and a gentleman above all.
He always keeps you in the loop, will never sugarcoat the situation and provide you an honest assessment. He is well respected by his peers and has a great rapport with the judges.

Perry is an outstanding attorney. He is reasonable, fair, and straight forward. He is respectful, empathetic, and genuinely a good person. His response time is more than timely. If you are looking for an attorney to get things taken care of instead of "looking" for issues, I would recommend Perry.

Perry treats his clients like friends. He will always stress taking the high road when others don't but will value his client's input at the same time. He works very hard for his clients but does not cost them an arm and a leg.

Perry is very professional and yet at the lowest time in my life I knew he was looking out for me like a father would his daughter. He's smart, aggressive and in my case was very diligent in finding the truth of why my marriage dissolved. I was represented well with integrity and compassion. I thank God for leading me where He did!

I needed to get this off my chest. My divorce was final just over ten years ago. Perry lead the charge and helped end a difficult time in my life. However, when dividing up the retirement "packages" there were some important details, related to the equality of cash and pensions, that he neglected to have defined properly. Unfortunately, After the divorce was final, I was unable to secure the portion of my ex spouses pension that was intended to balance the funds my spouse received from my 401K. Later, Perry advised me to hire him to work that out. Be careful, make sure your team is considering all the details.....

Perry is one of those attorneys which we all hope to have when we are in need for this type of service. He's well respected by his peers, very comfortable in his field of work, highly intelligent and a professional including his staff. He'S devoted to do the right thing for his client and tries to maintain a balance of fairness with his opponent making sure your rights have not been violated and are fully intact, all within our laws.
