Hired Attorney Andrew L. Bryant

I have had to hire Andy a couple of times now. He and his staff are great. Emily is a sweetie and could answer all my questions when I had them.

Hired Attorney Andrew L. Bryant

Andrew called me personally after I had first inquired about services on his web site. We talked a length about my case before securing any services. Though living out of state Andrew had prepared for my case, made contact with the courts, DA, even to help with probations and community service contacts. I believe this kind of personal service really made the difference for me have no previous experience with the courts.

Felonies

Hired Attorney Andrew L. Bryant

Mr. Bryant was appointed by the court to defend me in my case. Without getting into to many details I felt as if he could have worked harder and got my felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor or at least deferred to one upon successful completion of probation. He did just enough to keep me from going to jail, which I appreciate, but I now have a felony on my record. Maybe this was unavoidable and his hands were tied and I am wrong. Either way, I think that because I was not a paying client and he was a court appointed attorney in my case, I felt like he didn't try, nor care, to help me prevent this life altering felony charge from permanently staining my record.

Hired Law Firm

In January 2024 I hired Heather Atkinson to represent me in my child custody case. Heather and Donna (paralegal) were wonderful representation. I knew they cared about myself and my case. Opposing council, representing the other party, was Greg Maceau. In about August 2024, Heather contacted me to let me know that Mr. Maceau would be moving over to Andrew Bryant’s law firm, and that it would be ok. My trial was set for October 2024, and two days prior to trial, Ms. Atkinson was disqualified from representing me due to Andrew Bryant's hire being against the lawyer code of ethics. Obviously this was very distressing after already waiting for 10 months to go to trial, and spending a lot of money and time. I do not think it is the best idea to hire Andrew Bryant as your representing law firm. It might just cost you an extra $15k to your lawyer fees. And while your attorney might care about your case, Andrew Bryant surely doesn't.

Hired Law Firm

I was recommended by a detective friend to check out Andrew Bryant law firm for my restraining order hearing on my divorce. I specifically told them I wanted to try to keep my gun rights and they never explained to me that it’s almost impossible to win these hearings they just took my money and charged me $10,000 for a restraining order hearing.. I mentioned that that seemed a little costly they reduced the price and said they accidentally overbilled me and I only owe them $7000 for losing a restraining order hearing. It seems a bit unethical to tell your client that they have a chance at winning when there’s a 99% chance that they’re going to lose the restraining order hearing before you take 10,000s of dollars of their money. It seems like money is more important than ethics at this law firm.

Once he cons you out of your hard earned money you will only hear from him at the very end, completely unprepared and couldn't care less.

I wish I could have him completely disbarred. Don't believe his internet marketing, especially his reviews, lies.
