Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I called Ken several times after hiring a highly recommended handyman by a Realtor who turned out to be a homeless criminal. He did not do the work he was hired to do, the limited work he did was backwards and had to be redone, created a huge mess, lied to us the entire time what he was doing and had done, and he camped out in my property for four months 24/7. We don't live in the area so couldn't check on him. He cost us thousands in lost revenue in delaying the sale of the property. I called Ken many times and he gave me excellent advice in dealing with the scumbag. The criminal has been in jail for the last six months for none of the crimes he committed against us. I truly am so appreciative that Ken spoke to me on the phone and can't thank him enough in helping us to deal with that conman. Ken is a good man.
I have just started working with Mr. Davidson and I have amazed at how helpful he has been with a major tenant problem without asking for any payment. I will be turning my future judgements over to him for collection since I believe he will hold my deadbeat tenants accountable for their pathetic scam.
I would rate him higher for value but 5 is as high as they go
Mr.Davidson was knowledgeable, articulate, and accurate in the information and service he provided.
This place and these people are demons . All they want is your money. I called about a collection and the legal assistant Terrie Hale. I told her I could only afford so much and she was pressed to get more money out of me and when I told I couldn't she treating me as if I was the criminal. I asked her to be more professional and not have an attitude. I barely make ends meat, I have medical bills that I pay monthly with rent and utilities. What I'm able to give as payment each month is all I can do, so she still gives me attitude and tells me to lawyer up. As if they will prosecute me for not making payments. Then I call back and try to speak with Ken Davidson the head person, and he doesn't even want to hear or talk about what his employee said he was to worried about me giving him my name. My name has nothing to do with filing a complaint. People in this position that deal with the public everyday don't care about people's situation. It's all about the money with them not the people
I reviewed a lease from RE/MAX in Colorado Springs that has Kenneth Davidson's name as the attorney creating the lease at the bottom of the document. It is, without a doubt, the most poorly written lease I've ever reviewed. Based on this work example, I would not recommend Kenneth Davidson.
I used Kenneth Davidson many times over the years until I realized what an unscrupulous attorney he is. I am currently filing a complaint with the Colorado Bar Association. If you are looking for representation I would definitely consider finding a different attorney.
This is the lawyer our property management company used and he screwed up the eviction notice (he should have known that it needed more details) and instead of advising us to wait until the police report gave enough info, they went ahead and now I have to pay his lawyer fees and we would have had to also pay the tenants lawyer fees even though SOMEONE WAS SHOT IN MY HOME (luckily we don’t have the pay the other tenant’s fees BUT ONLY IF WE LET THEM LIVE IN MY HOME UNTIL THE LEASE IS UP). Should have been the easiest eviction case based on the police report. A simple “we need more info on the eviction notice” would have prevented all of this.
I attempted to hire this law office to represent me in collecting a debt from tenants for damages & back rent, post-eviction. They had me jump through the requisite hoops to provide a file, and then couldn't be bothered to respond with their promised fee agreement, nor even an acknowledgment that they had received the file or my repeat requests for a response. After 4 weeks, I gave up and emailed them that I was making other arrangements. Only then did Associate Matthew T. Berumen respond, with a belligerent tirade that we had six years to collect, and my expectations of any response from them regarding contracting for their services was unreasonable. "Wow", indeed. Very unprofessional. Very unresponsive. Very-much a firm to avoid.
