She was everything I expected and more in a lawyer! I will definitely be a return client and will recommend her to friends and family for any family law needs.
I hired Bridgette to help me with my very messy divorce. Bridgette and her paralegal Ashlyn were amazing every step of the way. They were my supports during the whole process, my shoulders to cry on when I was worried and my hype team when it came time for me to be defended in court. Bridgette was realistic during the whole process and never made any promises she couldn’t keep. She was worth every penny and I will never hire another family law attorney again. She will dedicate her heart and soul to helping you. I do not even have words to describe their dedication. Just know that I cried after court when she got me everything I wanted.

Thank you Bridgette. You took my case by telephone, and we never met in person. But that did not stop you from being attentive, helpful, and caring. I appreciate your candor and directness, while still giving me hope. You listened to my side, believed in me, and fought for me sight unseen. You also explained the law as we went along and what was needed up front very well. I highly recommend Bridgette for Restraining order, Separation/Divorce, Custody, and Fathers Rights problems in a courtroom

Representative Cases & TransactionsTransactionsIn re the interest of E.B.R.A., Colorado Court of Appeals. I represented a Father who had his parental rights terminated without his knowledge. Father argued he did not receive proper service of the termination proceeding. Court of Appeals agreed and the case was remanded for a determination of whether Father's parental rights were properly terminated; In re the interest of A.K.S., grandparent rights act case. Grandparents sought parenting time with grandchild who had been adopted by another couple. I represented the adoptive parents who were denying grandparent visitation. The court agreed that the grandparents were not entitled to grandparent visitation as the adoptive parents were doing what they felt was in the best interest of their child; IRM Hiusman, relocation. I represented Father who objected to his ex-wife's request to relocate his daughter to Washington, D.C. Mother's new husband had relocate due to the military. Even through neither parent had actually exercised parenting time, as the child primarily resided with Mother's parents, the Court agreed with my client that relocation was not in the child's best interest; IRM Sonnier, child support modification. My client had retired from the military and his income drastically decreased. He had also decided to return to college to improve his career choices and increase his earning potential. His ex wanted the Court to impute his income greater than what he actually earned from retirement, especially since he was in school. The Court found my client's income to be what he received from retirement only and a little extra from a part-time job. His child support was drastically reduced.
