The law firm hired or contracted with QuickTime Notary, LLC. You hired them to facilitate signing services related to the BARD Port Case. QuickTime Notary, LLC subsequently subcontracted my company, Walker Enterprises of AL LLC, to meet with your potential client and handle the associated legal paperwork. I fulfilled my assigned duties in accordance with the terms provided by QuickTime Notary, which included a provision for a $50.00 flat trip fee in the event the signer was unavailable, provided proof of the visit was submitted. While I understand that your firm contracted QuickTime Notary directly, I felt it necessary to notify you of this matter since the assignment originated from your office in relation to the BARD Port Case. Hopefully, you can see that I receive proper payment for services rendered under your engagement chain. QuickTime Notary, LLC is not representing your firm very well and I consider this a direct reflection on your firm for hiring QuickTime Notary.

After trying to work with bachus and schanker I am just as lost as when I started over a year ago. Based on my experiences I would never recommend them. No communication. I have not spoken to one lawyer yet. My questions go unanswered. I've had medical bills that are not being paid. The accident was a rear end at a light and 100% the other drivers fault. My car was totaled. It doesn't seem like rocket science to me, but he'll I was an electrician. Who sends a generic video to answer a question.

Couldn't believe the firm didn't have an attorney the day before my court appointment and had to outsource an independent attorney who had no idea what my case was about. Guess the B and S is a bunch of BS. TV commercials don't convince anyone but word of mouth does!

My case took over 2 years of continual excuses, delays, miscommunication and errors to be corrected to close. I would not recommend Lauren Epke to service your case.

Don't be swayed by the positive reviews for Bachus and Schanker, LLC. They may provide good service to some clients, but you need to know that they collect reviews in person at the time of the settlement disbursement and they ask for client permission to publish these reviews. Clients who are not pleased will not take the time or may not feel comfortable completing that survey, and Bachus and Schanker would definitely not publish them. I had a small case. Maybe larger cases are handled better. My situation is consistent with other bad reviews. For months at a time, my file was missing and work wasn't done. They admitted this once and apologized. The attorney made excuses, blamed my providers for missing information, didn't return emails, and I had to do way too much work to help get my case settled and closed. I am convinced that there are personal injury attorneys in Denver who can provide much better service.

I am very very dissapointed I was under the impression they were working on my case for months not once was I told they werent even thinking of telling me after 7month they were not gonna pursue my case I am so upset and think I wasted so much time and being in pain for NOTHING !!!! I AM SPEECHLESS !!!! and have nothing to say but wow bachus and schanker for leading me on

Where do I begin, well here's a good start, I would definitely NOT recommend this law firm! They are terrible, I had 7 maybe 8, 9 lawyers, never knew they were leaving, and had to send paper work to each one because of the circus this firm is, all I got was, " I cant find the paperwork you sent, I don't know where she/he put it, blah blah blah................Settlement? I got crap, but they sure got their cut! BS! My accident happen in 2010, and I just now in 2016 got my crap settlement!
