A well known utility company made a billing mistake on my account that ultimately showed up on my credit report. I was getting pushed around by the company who kept making promises to fix it, transferring my issue around, and failing to follow through on conversations. I finally had enough and reached out to Brent at Vulllings Law. Brent was extremely responsive to my frustration with the company and their inability to fix the billing mistake and ultimately my credit! Brent was obviously experienced dealing with situations like this. He set really good expectations of the process, his time, and the effort that would be required to achieve a fair resolution.
