I hired Rosenblum Law for a simple traffic ticket and paid $599 upfront. Communication was poor, updates were vague, and they ignored key evidence I provided that could have helped my case. Weeks passed with copy-paste replies and no clear plan. Only after I filed complaints with the BBB and NY Attorney Grievance Committee did they suddenly offer a full refund and suggest we part ways. The timing made it clear this was a reaction, not a resolution, and I felt pressured to drop my complaints to get the refund. They’d handled a previous case for me that was dismissed, and even then never explained why. Across both cases, the lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect was consistent. I got my refund, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Their flashy marketing hides weak client service. Be warned.
