I worked with Eric early-on in the formation of my software / fin-tech company. He was my first call when a Fortune 500 financial institution became interested in acquiring my company in a seven-figure transaction. Eric was instrumental in strategically planning our desired outcome, analyzing the transaction documents and explaining traps / red-flags (or as he called them "land mines"), negotiating with the buyer and their lawyers, protecting my interests against shrewd opposition, and getting the deal across the finish line.
