Ms.Love has not returned any of my calls, answers any of my emails, responded to my certified letter. It has been over two years since I had any communication with her or her assistant. I'm always asked who's calling.{let me check to see if she is in. Or she is in with a client.} Then I'm connected to her voice mail, which she never had responded. I'm sure she has gotten my messages, Emails, register letter. It only takes a minute to respond.
I promise you will not deal with Sally directly. You may visit with her initially, but her "secretary" will take over from there. You will NOT hear back from them - you'll have to keep calling to get answers and updates. Secretary is unbelievably rude and unhelpful. This firm will take your money and won't rush to bring a close to your situation. Highly recommend that you look elsewhere if you want good, honest, quick personal service. Simply awful experience.
