NRS Injury Law is a law firm established in 2000 with an office in Cleveland, OH. At this office location, there are 30 lawyers practicing personal injury & auto/truck accidents, auto accidents, truck accidents and 214 other areas of law.

They fight with everything they have and though it does take time with workers compensation they do not scare off easily. I’ll never use this place again !!! I was talked to like a dog when a guy was send out for me to sign paperwork!all because he was meeting me never came to my job ask for me nothing came sat in dining room I guess I was supposed to just know he was there although we never met! Texting me unprofessional say send me the addy ! I reported it someone was supposed to call me at 330 yet no call yet I never felt so disrespected in my life the vibe I got was racist !!! But hey they got paid way more money than me so why would they care how I was treated I’ll never in my life use you guys again. !!!!!
I am still waiting over 2 years now.
Working at 3 jobs one weekend. Got hurt at one and aggrivated injury at other 2. Lawyers refused to fight other two places. Teddy didnt even know I worked at one of them. Had to explain what a W2 was to Ivana. Got short paid on wages from BWC and she took 7 weeks to file a motion to recover the rest. Yet she was employee of the month for August? Got a letter from a Theodor (Teddy) who stated I cannot refile my claim from October 2023. I didnt have a claim from then. Plus I was to get back to him by August 1. Got the letter September 9.
Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My injury occurred in 2020 and I know these things take time but so many things were dropped that should have been done. I had a second case that should have been opened but somehow was missed even after dozens of phone calls from me inquiring in the status. Was told I was eligible to get partial wage compensation after my surgery, and I filled out the paperwork but that never got filed. Supposedly my case was settled, and I filled out that paperwork yet here I sit 7 months later without my money. I literally have made 40 plus calls asking for a return call or update with only minimal response. The customer service and response from this firm has been appalling. But they still want their 1/3 fees because they earned it? I do not feel they have. Because of their lack of follow through they have cost me money. Can’t wait to have this nightmare over! Go to someone else to save your sanity.
