Mr. Kravitz' office staff is very friendly & most willing to be of assistance, however, he his quite rude, does not explain things correctly or completely. Seems to be a bit prejudice also a bit dishonest meaning that all of the funds paid in cash or check to him was not disclosed to the courts. He didn't return calls in a quick manner, when he did he was extremely uncooperative and did not care to hear our reasons for complaint.
